Groom gets phone out of pocket to check messages, you know; congratulations from absent friends that sort of thing, perhaps…(football scores I’ve been informed…)
The Bride still engaged in conversation only faintly aware of a tap-tap-tapping behind…hmmm, maybe the Groom can get away with a quick cheeky text perhaps…
Busted!…nope.
Groom returns phone to pocket, rumbled. Bride keeps a watchful eye on him… and so it begins!
(not sure how his team did but that’ll teach you to check the scores on your wedding day…)
