On an early June day, and perhaps the nicest day of the year so far, a small gathering of friends and family attended Sarah and Rob’s wedding on the border between Wales and England in Monmouthshire. It turned out to be a fantastically relaxed occasion and was thoroughly enjoyed by all. Another superb wedding for another wonderful couple! The full set of images may be found here.

More churning, boiling water as a result of the rains in the mountains above us, once again shattering the picture-postcard views we had seen of the area.

Although postcards from local post office’s showed Fairy Glen to be a mere trickle of water, serenely meandering its way round some rocks, the odd leaf casually twisting in the gentle eddies…

You know when you’re in Wales when the only other soul you meet on the hillside is a sheep…
News:
I have just added a small selection of photos from Wales in the gallery section, most of Katie and Russ’s wedding pictures are now up with just a few more to finish up in the wedding section and this blog part of the site has had a slight refresh, so if there’s anything you don’t see that was around before do let me know!
p.s. The ‘Photos’ section is now called the ‘Gallery’, so change your bookmarks, and its all best viewed in Firefox (rather than non-compliant browsers like internet explorer, which might explain things if you can’t see everything!)
And you can now email blog entries to anyone… [see below]
